I had my entire roof replaced last Thursday, and I must say, I am very pleased with how my roof looks and the customer service I received. Brian was very personable, and created a great rapport with my insurance company representative. After a thorough inspection of my roof and water damage on the inside of my house, a full replacement of my roof was recommended. Brian met with my insurance representative on Monday, and my roof was completed on Thursday (a one day installation). After completion of my roof, the crew cleaned up thoroughly, and fixed anything I needed them to fix to make sure I was satisfied with the job. Brian assured me that the materials and workmanship would be of the highest quality, and my roof looks beautiful. I will recommend them to friends and family.

After a hailstorm (which seems to have damaged every house in quite a large area) we were inundated with approaches from all sorts of roofing companies to inspect the roof and fix whatever was broken. Brian was the only one who showed up and handed over a packet with a copy of their liability policy within. He even arranged to have a representative present to walk through the inspection with our insurance company adjuster.

Indeed, Brian totally did the hand-holding thing for my mother whenever she requested it. And the new roof is looking good! (I’d say it looks better than the original roof.) He finished the job on the 2nd day and cleaned up any mess they’d left. Later, they came back to the house to once again meet and talk with our insurance company on extra damage they’d noticed on the gutters. About a week later, we had new gutters (and covers).
